January 29, 2017 By Andrew Amoth Wandola
The USMNT duo of Michael Bradley made history as the country took on Serbia on Sunday in an international friendly.

USMNT captain Michael Bradley set a personal record in the international friendly tie against Serbia on Sunday. The 29-year-old was named in the starting lineup, hence making him the fifth player with the most appearances for the Yanks. He now shares the same record with Marcelo Balboa (127 appearances).

Altidore (in shirt No. 17) crouches behind Bradley (back row, second right) in USMNT's lineup vs Serbia

Meanwhile,  Jozy Altidore became the second-youngest MNT player to hit the century mark. He is 27 years old, and comes second to the record holder Landon Donovan, who hit the century mark at the age of 29 years and 96 days.
