The Spanish center back also set a personal milestone by scoring his eighth goal of the season. Six of those goals have been scored in La Liga games.

Last week, Sergio Ramos' own goal ended Real Madrid's winning streak. Today, the Spanish center back redeemed himself by getting Real Madrid back to their winning ways by scoring a brace against Málaga.

Ramos' first half brace was enough for Real Madrid to put an end to a two-game losing streak in all competitions. With this win, Los Blancos take home the honorary "Campeón de Invierno" title, something they hadn't done since Carlo Ancelotti's last season at the helm.

But Ramos had one more cause for celebration this afternoon. With his goal today, he reached the 4th spot in the all-time goal scoring list for defenders in La Liga.

If that wasn't enough cause for celebration, "El Camero" needs three more goals to surpass legendary defender Roberto Carlos as Real Madrid's second all-time top scoring defender.

"Sergio Ramos (66) is the third top scoring defender for Real Madrid, behind Hierro (127) and Roberto Carlos (68)"

And if there was room for trolling, Ramos also gave Los Blancos' fans a reason to mock Barcelona's supporters.
