In the past few weeks, there have been rumored doing rounds in the MLS that Kaka could sign for a Mexican club.

Brazilian football legend Ricardo Kaka says he is happy playing in the MLS, but cannot rule out the possibility of playing in another league, particularly Mexico. The 34-year-old plies his trade for MLS side Orlando City FC as a playmaker.  He joined the Lions in 2014 and has since scored 18 goals in 52 league appearances. He was then sent to Sao Paulo on loan where he made 19 appearances and scored twice.

And now, the 2007 Ballon d'Or winner with Italian giants AC Milan has emerged as a transfer target for Mexican outfit Necaxa, according to the rumour mill. He however denied the reports that he had received offers from Liga MX. He told ESPN:

"I've never had an offer to play in Mexico, but I always say that I'm very happy here in the United States. I never rule out a market or a possibility

"I never had a formal offer of any team in Mexico and now do not think anywhere else because I'm very comfortable in New York, would be many more years here. But you can never rule out anything because football is very changeable."

The soft spoken and extremely humble star has been tipped to follow the footsteps of his fellow footballing god, Ronaldinho, who played for Mexican outfit Queretaro between 2014 and 2015. He scored 17 goals in 48 appearances.
