Dominican striker Mariano managed to beat some of Los Blancos' all-time stars to achieve a record CR7 has never been close to possess.

Real Madrid's supporters watching their second leg match against Cultural Leonesa were in for a treat, as Los Blancos managed to break a couple of records against the Segunda "B" team.

First off, home grown striker Mariano entered the team's record books by scoring the fastest goal in Copa del Rey history for Los Blancos. The Dominican striker needed only 23 seconds to send the ball into the back of the net, and surpassed Guti's 55-second stunner back in 2000 against Zaragoza.

Later in the game, Los Blancos' striker broke a jinx involving home grown strikers. He scored the first hat trick by a player from Real Madrid's academy since 2008. The latest player to achieve such a feat was Raúl González against Real Unión.

The game concluded with yet another record by Los Blancos, as they managed to score 13 goals in a two-legged series for the first tiime since 1960.
