On-fire Chelsea winger Eden Hazard has revealed when he plans to leave the club. The Belgian has been linked with a move out of the Stamford Bridge in January thanks to his great form under new Chelsea manager Antonio Conte.
Hazard was a pale shadow of himself last season under Jose Mourinho but picked up form weeks after the appointment of Guus Hiddink as interim manager. And now, the 25-year-old has regained his form this season – he was named the Premier League Player of the Month for October.
Very happy to be named Player of the Month!! A big thank you to the coaches, my teammates and all my fans!! #chelseafc #CFCFAMILY #teamwork pic.twitter.com/RA6lvEldVy

Speaking moments after receiving the award, he told the Guardian (Via FOXSPORTS) that he would only leave Chelsea after winning the title. The West Londoners currently sit second on the league table with 25 points. Only one point seperates them from league leaders Liverpool. With the Blues firmly in contention for the league title, victory could further fuel Hazard's exit rumours. He said:
''I made clear I had no intention of leaving after such a poor year (the 2015/16 season).
“I didn’t want to go out like that. If I ever leave, it’ll be after winning a championship. You need to go out on a high so that people remember you for the right reasons.”
A number of European giants, such as Real Madrid, are said to be closely monitoring his progress at the Bridge. This season so far, he has found the back of the net seven times in the league and is widely seen as one of the key men who could deliver the title to the new boss on his debut season with the Blues.
