Cristiano Ronaldo paved the way for Los Blancos scoring his first goal of the competition after six minutes of playing time.

Zinedine Zidane's term as Real Madrid boss has been quite successful, and to prove it, Los Blancos achieved today yet another record under the French manager.

With their 5-2 win against Osasuna earlier today, Real Madrid broke a club record for most consecutive La Liga wins, adding up last season's run and the first three games of this season. Real Madrid has won 15 consecutive league games, matching those of the 1960-1961 season.

With a win against Espanyol next week, Los Blancos could match the all-time record in La Liga, property of Pep Guardiola's Barcelona.

Cristiano Ronaldo, Danilo, Sergio Ramos, Pepe and Luka Modric scored today for the Spanish capital giants en route to a 5-2 win against the recently promoted side. Oriol Riera and García made the scoreline a bit less embarrassing for Los Navarros in the final minutes of the game.
