Cristiano and Co. take on the host nation in the final game of UEFA Euro 2016 on Sunday.

On Sunday, Portugal and France will lock horns in the highly-anticipated final to UEFA Euro 2016. One whole month of exciting competition boils down to this weekend clash, as Fernando Santos’ boys and Didier Deschamps’ crew both aim to lift the coveted crown.

One side boasts Cristiano Ronaldo as their captain; the other have leading scorer Antoine Griezmann and home advantage to boost their morale. Only one team can win though. Who’ll emerge as champions?

Head-to-head

The odds don't seem to back Portugal in Sunday's final, as they have lost all of their last 10 meetings with France. Three times have they meet in a major competition, with all three games ending in victory for Les Bleues.

In addition, Cristiano and Co. have twice made the trip to Stade de France -- the venue for the final. Unfortunately, both games ended in defeats for the traveling side.

However, Sunday would be the perfect time to grab their first victory over the 1998 World Cup winners since 1975.
