June 27, 2016 By Andrew Amoth Wandola
Laurent Blanc is no longer the manager of French Ligue 1 side PSG.

PSG have parted ways with their former manager Laurent Blanc after three seasons in charge of the French giants. The ex-Bordeaux and Les Bleus manager joined Paris Saint-Germain in 2013 and steered them to a hattrick of Ligue 1 titles, two Coupe de France titles, three Coupe de la Ligue titles and three Trophee des Champions trophies.  The French club announced the development through their official website and social media accounts:

Assistant coach Jean-Louis Gasset and head fitness trainer Philippe Lambert will also leave the club as per the agreement between the two parties. The French outfit is expected to start the new season with a number of new faces following the exit of their legendary forward Zlatan Ibrahimovic and most recently Blanc and his coaching staff. Reports from Paris suggest that Unai Emery could be name the next manager of the Parc des Princes outfit in a matter of hours.
