Sweden’s campaign in UEFA Euro 2016 has not gone according to plan, with the Scandinavian giants yet to pick up a win in the continental tournament. Blågult drew 1-1 in their opening game, and then succumbed to 1-0 loss in their cash with Italy.
On the brink of an early group stage exit, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Co. are yet to register a shot on target in UEFA Euro 2016, compiling the woes in what has so far been an atrocious showing by Erik Hamren’s boys.
Sweden on the brink of a UEFA Euro 2016 exit after a 1-0 defeat to Italy
Expectations were high for former the former PSG striker after his impressive goalscoring form during the qualifiers; however, the 34-year-old hasn’t turned up for the national side. Furthermore, the Man United target was guilty of an awful miss during the second half of the game, but was sparred of blushes as he was ruled off as offside.
That did not save him from nasty trolls on Twitter, however. Check out the best tweet.

For Azzurri goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon, that is now two clean sheets and two wins in as many games, a not-too-bad tally for the 38-year-old.
