After winning their respective opening fixtures, Germany and Poland will clash at the Stade de France on Thursday, June 16th. Here are some live TV listings & online streaming options for Germany vs Poland.

Both Germany and Poland will be coming into this game having won their respective opening UEFA Euro 2016 fixtures, but it was not as smooth-sailing as either side would have liked. The reigning World Cup champions had to really work in order to finally overpower Ukraine, whilst Poland labored for long spells before finally breaking down the Northern Irish bus.

This has been viewed as the game of this quartet, and there will be plenty of Bundesliga stars on display, with Bayern teammates Manuel Neuer, Jerome Boateng, Robert Lewandowski, and Thomas Muller among those who will be featuring in Thursday's highly-anticipated clash at the Stade de France.

Germany

Only one other side has won as many Euro titles as Germany: two-time defending champions Spain.  Die Mannschaft are hoping to surpass this to make it a fourth title two years after winning their fourth World Cup in Brazil. With Ukraine, Northern Ireland, and Poland for company in their group, Joachim Löw's side are naturally viewed as the favorites to top their quartet, although they did not have it as easy against Ukraine as they would have expected.

Although defender Shkodran Mustafi put die Mannschaft ahead, the Ukrainians gave them quite a scare. Indeed,  were it not for an impressive goal-line clearance by Jerome Boateng, Germany could have found themselves in a very unpleasant situation. Fortunately for Germany's supporters, Bastian Schweinsteiger made an instant impact after coming off the bench at the end of the match, thus making sure that they finished matchday one on top of their group.

Bastian Schweinsteiger's goal in stoppage time sealed all three points for Germany and puts them on top of Group C ahead of their clash with Poland

Next up on the menu will be a mouth-watering and intriguing match against Poland, who despite being numerous places below Germany in the rankings, represent their toughest opponent in this group - namely because of one player several die Mannschaft personnel are very familiar with.

Poland

As for Poland, this squad wrote their name into the history books against Northern Ireland last weekend. After two disappointing EURO campaigns, the White Eagles are hoping to finally overcome the group stage hurdle, and they have started off Euro 2016 on the best possible footing.

Although Northern Ireland predictably put everyone behind the ball as they sought to shackle Poland's biggest threat - Robert Lewandowski - Adam Nawalka's men still found a breakthrough thanks to a solitary goal from Arkadiusz Milik. The young Ajax striker's effort was enough to earn them their first ever win at a Euro championship and will give the Poles some confidence heading into their match-up against European heavyweights Germany.

Arkadiusz Milik's goal gave Poland a hard-fought 1-0 win over Northern Ireland - which is their first ever win at a Euro tournament in the country's history

However, whilst the morale-boosting win will certainly be encouraging for Poland, the team will be sweating over the fitness of key shot-stopper Wojciech Szczesny. The on-loan Arsenal man, who presently plies his trade for Serie A side Roma, was injured during the clash with Northern Ireland and it remains to be seen if he will recover in time for the big game in two days' time.
