After one more grueling season ended last Saturday with the UEFA Champions League title for Real Madrid, Los Blancos and their bitter rivals Barcelona will be two of the main spenders in the summer transfer window.
With a pending transfer ban hanging over their heads, Los Merengues need to add talent to their squad, and apparently Alvaro Morata and David Alaba are the top choices to become Real Madrid players this summer. However, the deal to sign the Spaniard could fall apart due to his demands, and if that were the case, Robert Lewandowski would be the next transfer target for the Spanish capital side.
If you thought Barcelona would keep on the sidelines watching their opponents getting stronger, you are completely wrong. Los Blaugranas will be looking to add Manchester United outcasts Juan Mata and Daley Blind, as both players seem to be on their way out once Jose Mourinho's arrival to the team has been confirmed. Mata's talent and Blind's ability to play different positions would make them top targets for Los Culés to add, although they could be quite expensive to hire.
