In a game that could decide the third ticket to next season's UEFA Champions League, Bayer Leverkusen risks their perfect streak against Hertha.

The Bundesliga season is coming to a close, and all the European tournament spots are being sorted out. One of those spots could have an owner by the end of this game, as third-placed Bayer Leverkusen will host fourth-placed Hertha at BayArena.

With just five points between both teams, a win for the Aspirins could almost secure their third straight bid to play the UEFA Champions League, but the team from the German capital won't make things easy for them despite not being able to win a game in the most recent four weeks.

Coach Roger Schmidt will want Bayer Leverkusen's impressive form to continue, as they have won all of their previous six games. In fact, they have only conceded twice during that run, and even then, Die Werkself found a way to come back and defeat Schalke 04 last week.

Bayer Leverkusen

Roger Schmidt's side is one of the hottest teams in the Bundesliga right now, showing great performances on both ends of the pitch. During their current six-game winning streak, Die Werkself have scored 14 goals and conceded two, and they did it without some key performers due to injury. With most of them fit, it would be a surprise to watch them drop points this Saturday.

Leading the pack will be Javier "Chicharito" Hernández, who's 17 goals lead Bayer Leverkusen's attacking efforts. However, coach Schmidt will have to make do without Jonathan Tah and left back Wendell, two of the most influential players in the squad.

Hertha BSC

A few weeks ago, things seemed to be on a roll for Hertha. One month later, their chances of landing a UEFA Champions League spot seem to be fading away, as the team fell into a slump by losing three of their most recent four matches.

With four players ruled out due to injury, the team's hopes will rely on Salomon Kalou's form. The striker has led the team's attacking efforts with 14 Bundesliga goals, and if he's not around, things could get ugly for the blue-and-white side. Furthermore, Vedan Ibisevic's performance could also make a difference, given that his seven goals and four assists make him one of the best players for Die Alte Dame this season.
