Watch: A controversial referee call against Fiorentina

The home side had a promising chance to open the score line in the first half but the referee makes a debatable offside call.

In the 19th minute, Fiorentina scored a goal against Juventus but the assistant referee ruled it offside. On a Fiorentina counterattack, striker Bernardeschi received the ball from a through pass from Ilicic and shot it past the Italian goalkeeper, Buffon, but the referee disallowed the opening goal. Despite the protests from Paulo Sousa's men, the official decided for the match to continue.
