As Los Blancos were preparing to face German side Wolfsburg in the quarterfinals of the UEFA Champions League, the Costa Rican shot stopper then decided to show what he is actually made of by pulling off an incredible save to the amazement of defender Marcelo, who had engineered the shot towards the goalpost.
Navas leaped into the air, curled his feet towards his back, hit the incoming ball back into play, and the result was a spectacular save that is usually associated with former Colombia keeper Rene Higuita.
