PSG superstar Zlatan Ibrahimovic recently set off alarms in the English Premier League, as the Swedish striker confirmed that unless something significant would occur that may change his stance, he’ll leave Parc des Princes when his contract ends in the summer.
The 34-year-old dropped this bombshell after scoring four goals past Troyes in the 9-0 win earlier this month to officially earn Les Parisiens their fourth consecutive league crown.
Despite his age, the Swede remains on of Europe’s most lethal strikers, hence the interest in him from fellow European giants.
Speaking in a recent press conference, the former AC Milan forward admitted that there is interest in him from England, as rumors continue to link Ibrahimovic with a move to 20-time Premier League champions Manchester United.
“Is there an interest [from the Premier League]? Yes, there is an interest, I can confirm that.
“We’ll have to see where it leads.”
