Ethiopia and Algeria will clash for the second time in just four days, this time at Addis Ababa Stadium for an AFCON 2017 qualifying match on Tuesday, March 29th. Here are some live TV listings & online streaming options for Ethiopia vs. Algeria.

After three games, all the 51 African sides battling for a spot in the 2017 AFCON tournament are halfway through qualifying. Some of these teams have pretty much now booked their ticket, whilst others still have a shot. And then there are those sides whose ambitions of featuring in Gabon next year have gone up in smoke, and will have nothing but pride to play for in their remaining trio of matches.

Ethiopia

After a win and a draw from their first two games, Ethiopia thought that they had a chance to earn their spot to Gabon. With four points, the Walias were second in Group J as they sought to qualify for their first AFCON tournament since 2013, during which they bowed out in the first round.

That is, until they met Algeria. The Desert Foxes absolutely humiliated them as they were outplayed and outclassed in a one-sided game that left them bruised, battered, and reeling at the final whistle. Although the Walias managed to grab a late effort, it was nothing but mere consolation as Yohanes Sahle's men will now have to welcome the same team that thrashed them this past Friday on Tuesday.

Certainly, Sahle's side were not helped by injuries to captain Seyoum Tesfaye as well as Tafese Tesfaye ahead of preparations for their double-header against Algeria, and the refusal of experienced striker Salahdin Said to participate in these two games due to personal reasons has complicated an already difficult situation. Sahle will hope that his team will be able to shake off the disappointment after suffering a 7-1 reversal as they attempt to regroup after such a crushing loss.

Algeria

Meanwhile, Christian Gourcuff's side have one foot firmly into the upcoming AFCON tournament after cruising to a comfortable 7-1 victory over Ethiopia this past Friday. This result not only helped to keep Algeria at the top of the table, but also widened the gap between themselves and Ethiopia to a more comfortable five points.

After scoring two goals in the first half, Algeria really turned up the pressure in the second period, and were absolutely relentless in attack. Over the span of about 45 minutes, the 1990 AFCON winners added five more goals from five different contributors, and now have scored a whopping 14 goals in just three games.

With well-known European-based players like Yacine Brahimi, Sofiane Feghouli, Islam Slimani, and Riyad Mahrez within their ranks, some have rated this Algerian team as the best in decades, and there will be much expected of them in next year's AFCON event, but first up will be to make sure that Ethiopia do not have any chance at catching them by picking up another win on Tuesday.
