If Florentino Pérez wants to add Robert Lewandowski, he will have to change a few things to satisfy the Polish striker.
According to Spanish newspaper Sport, Bayern Munich's striker has revealed to his close circle that he will not play for Real Madrid unless they part ways with Cristiano Ronaldo. The Polish striker is apparently not satisfied with the notion of having to share the pitch with the Portuguese ace, and his move to La Casa Blanca would only be completed if CR7 leaves the Spanish giants.
Lewandowski has revealed to his close ones "he fears Ronaldo's 'selfishness' and lack of team spirit." Sport's report also quotes Lewandowski saying "If Cristiano is there, I won't go."
The Polish striker has no buyout clause with Bayern Munich, which would force Real Madrid to deal directly with the club and not with the player's agent if they want to sign him.
The 31-year old Portuguese striker has still two more years left in his contract with Real Madrid, and he has vowed many times he will live up to it. However, the possibility of having Florentino Pérez sell him over the summer to sign the 27-year-old Lewandowski is still in the air. The team's CEO would be keen on selling Real's all-time top scorer for the right price, in order to fund a bid for Bayern's striker.
Lewandowski has shown amazing form this year, scoring 23 goals in the Bundesliga. The Polish striker needs two more goals to establish a personal record for most goals in a single season, while Bayern stroll in their efforts to win a fourth consecutive domestic title, the third under Pep Guardiola.
