Spanish La Liga giants FC Barcelona cruised past Eibar by four goals to extend their lead at the top of the table to 72 points, 11 behind second-placed Atletico Madrid who have a game in hand. Youngster Munir El Haddadi opened the scoring for the visitors in the eighth minute of the game thanks to an excellent assist from Luis Suarez. The lethal Lionel Messi then scored the second for the Blaugrana before adding the third from the spot. Suarez, after assisting Munir to the first goal of the match, then sealed the victory with a perfect finish in the 84th minute of the game.
Luis Enrique's men are now riding on a 36-match unbeaten run in all competitions this season.
