Paco Jemez's crew will try to end a 10-game streak without a win against Barcelona, a team that hasn't lost a single match since October.

Another Madrid-based team wil try to put an end to Barcelona's dominance in La Liga, as Rayo Vallecano gets ready to face Los Blaugranas at Estadio de Vallecas. It won't be easy for Paco Jemez's side, as his team enters this game with a number of injuries, while Barcelona will only be missing one regular player.

It is no secret that Barça have dominated all of their past meetings against Rayo Vallecano, but their level of dominance could even seem ridiculous over the past few years. Los Franjirrojos haven't been able to defeat Barcelona in the recent past, but they have conceded an insane amount of 45 goals against Los Blaugranas in all competitions, scoring only four times in those meetings.

Back in October, Rayo Vallecano lost against Barcelona with a 5-2 scoreline. That game was the beginning of Barça's unbeaten streak that keeps going until today.

Rayo Vallecano

Paco Jemez's men have managed to get some room to breathe in the lower part of La Liga's standings, as Los Franjirrojos have put together a seven game unbeaten run. As magnificent as it may sound, they have only been able to win two of those games, which has prevented them to get away from relegation spots as much as they would want to.

For this game, the Spanish coach won't have at least five players available due to injury. Furthermore, Jozabed, Javi Guerra and Miku are still struggling with fitness issues, which could prevent them from trying to add at least one more point to their tally this season.

FC Barcelona

Los Blaugranas have dazzled the world with their skills and all-around play, but even if this match seems like a walk in the park, Luis Enrique's men need to address this game seriously to avoid any surprises. Dani Alves will be the only regular member of the Starting XI to miss this game, as the Brazilian right back will serve a one match ban.

Head to head

Rayo Vallecano hasn't been able to defeat Barcelona for more than a decade. Their most recent win against Los Blaugranas goes back to the 2002-2003 season, when they managed to defeat Barça 1-0. Since then, Barcelona has won ten straight games against Los Franjirrojos, including two blowouts at Vallecas stadium (7-0 and 5-0) a couple of years ago.
