Earlier today, Catalunyan-based newspaper Sport published a story about German midfielder Ilkay Gundogan, who was supposedly told by the team's execs he would leave next summer to join Manchester City.
The Spanish publication stated that Borussia Dortmund had sealed a deal with the Sky Blues to watch the German international play under Pep Guardiola, giving Los Blaugranas no chance of signing the player.
When the article was published on Sport's Twitter feed, Borussia Dortmund's Community Manager took the time to set the record straight.

Borussia Dortmund will face Bayer Leverkusen this weekend, and Gundogan is expected to deputise in midfield for the yellow-and-black crew.
