Walter Gonzalez was the talk of the weekend in the Premeira Liga when he opened the scoring for Portuguese side Arouca against giants FC Porto at the Estadio do Dragao. The 11-second goal couldn’t be stopped by even the experienced Iker Casillas, who helplessly watched the 20-year-old tap the ball into the blank net, with the former Real Madrid and Spain number one goalkeeper well-beaten.
The classic goal required only three touches; one at the back after the first whistle, and three into Porto’s half. Vincent Aboubakar then levelled the scores for the hosts through a Miguel Layun corner, which whizzed past Rafael Bracali.

Layun, a former Watford player, has now registered 17 assists for the Portuguese giants since joining them last summer. But Walter Gonzalez was not yet done with the hosts; he netted his second goal of the night in the 66th minute of the game after taking advantage of a defensive lapse to hand his side a 2-1 win at the final whistle. This was Arouca's first ever win over FC Porto.
The Dragons now face their bitter rivals Benfica in their next Premeira Liga fixture.
