The two sides are set to go against one another for the second time in four days, this time in a league encounter as both teams look to secure their place in the top four of the Premier League.
Leicester who spent a considerable period at the top of the table this season have looked off-colour as of late having failed to record a win in their last four matches in all competitions. One of the underlying reasons is fitness concerns over the likes of Jamie Vardy and Riyad Mahrez who have been the stand out players for the Foxes this season.
Jamie Vardy who missed the FA Cup encounter against Spurs over the weekend is likely to feature on Wednesday according to manager Claudio Ranieri.
"Jamie is, more or less one month, one month and a half, is have a problem and he continued to play," Ranieri said.
"Now without the problem he is much better. I'll see his fitness - if he starts from the beginning, if he comes with me on the bench, if he's ready to come with me on the bench. Every time he wants to play, I know him."
"This morning [Monday] he made warm-ups with the team, and they made a different job, and tomorrow I'll check. I think he could be available."
New signing Demarai Gray made his debut for Leicester last time out and his manager praised him for his performance further claiming that the youngster has a bright future ahead.
"I'm very, very pleased. Of course he wasn't 100 per cent, but if you think he's 19 years-old, only four training sessions with us, the first match in the Premier League - it was the FA Cup, but it was a Premier League team, he was outstanding for me," Ranieri added.
"I think he's a very good player for the future.. Now the value is high, but I remember also [Frank] Lampard was very, very high."
Spurs on the other hand are undefeated in their last five matches in all competitions and could finish this week in third place if the other results go in their favor.
Pochettino could welcome back midfielders Ryan Mason and Mousa Dembele back to the squad whereas Alex Pritchard could also return to the squad.
