Los Blancos are looking to raid Germany for next summer’s Galacticos.

La Liga giants Real Madrid have already been linked with this European star striker, given his explosive exploits this season, but only now do talks appear to have begun.

The forward, who plies his trade in the Bundesliga, has notched up 14 goals in the domestic league, 20 in all competitions, and recently set a Guinness World Record.

Who is this man? He is no other than Bayern Munich’s Robert Lewandowski, one of Europe’s most feared attackers.

The Polish ace was previously rumored to be on Los Blancos’ radar, but his agent Cezary Kucharski denied there being any contact between the 27-year-old and the 10-time Champions League winners.

However, Kucharski was spotted at Santiago Bernabeu over the weekend, further sparking speculation of a Real Madrid switch for the former BVB star.

This report by Goal, who cite AS as their source, claim that Lewandowski believes that a move to the Spanish capital will gravely enhance his shot at winning the Ballon d’Or, having missed out on the top-three for this year’s award.

Bayern Munich, however, are not willing to see the Polish ace walk out without a fight, with reports suggesting that the reigning Bundesliga champions are ready to make Lewandowski the highest-paid player in the club's history.

His current contract with the German giants expires in 2018.
