The Reds will be in a buoyant mood after a successful week which saw them picking two big wins. The first of this was an impressive 4-1 win over Manchester City, this was followed by a 2-1 win over Bordeaux in the Europa League.
They will now be against a Swansea side which has suffered three defeats in the last five games and will be looking to turn things around. German tactician Jurgen Klopp has refused to take his opponents lightly and has identified a few players which can pose problems.
The former Dortmund manager however is confident that the Reds can succeed should they be able to find spaces during the match.
"This morning what we did first thing was we analysed Swansea's last games," said the Liverpool boss.
"There is no easy games. We saw their strengths with Ayew, Montero, Gomis and the other guys. We have to defend very well, that is for sure.
"If we move more than enough, if we play football, then we can find spaces. Then if we can find spaces, we can be dangerous for them and we can make goals - that is the most important thing."
The Reds will however have to do the job without striker Daniel Sturridge who was poised to make a comeback in the match against Bordeaux but suffered a setback. Midfielder Lucas Leiva on the other hand will also miss the match due to suspension.
Garry Monk on the other hand will have an injury free squad to his expense, Jonjo Shelvey will however miss out due to suspension.
