The friendly match between England and a grief-stricken France will go ahead on Tuesday as planned, according to the French Football Federation.

The friendly match comes at a time when France and the entire international community mourns the death of at least 127 people who were killed by ISIS militants in the latest terror attack by the Islamist group.

The French Football Federation president Noel le Graet told journalists that Les Bleus would honor the friendly match against their English counterparts on Tuesday at the Wembley Stadium in England, despite the somber mood across the country.

France come into this fixture with fresh memories of their 2-0 win over Germany on the same day when the terror attack was executed inside the Stade de France. The game played on up to the last minute but fans took to the pitch for fear of their safety. Loud explosions could be heard inside the stadium as the terrorists struck.

In this fixture, England are the underdogs having lost 2-0 away to Spain in Alicante. The English Football Association has claimed that it will use the match to pay their respect to the fallen victims of the terror attack and show their solidarity with France.
