The Welsh side will try to make the most out of this game, while the Dutch try to close a year to forget in good fashion against Chris Coleman's crew. Check out the broadcasting info for this friendly match below.

Wales' first international tournament since the 1958 World Cup requires proper warmup games, and Chris Coleman's men will want to get their first win against an ailing Netherlands squad when both sides collide at Cardiff City Stadium.

After a more than successful run in the Euro 2016 Qualifiers, Chris Coleman will be looking for a number of alternatives to prepare the Welsh for their first International tournament, and with that in mind, the National Team's boss decided not to call up Gareth Bale or Aaron Ramsey for these games. Both of them had struggled this year with a number of injuries, and Coleman believes it's a good idea to let them rest for now, so they can be ready when the time is right.

On the other side of the pitch will be the Netherlands, who were not as brilliant as expected following their 3rd place finish in the 2014 World Cup. After Guus Hiddink's sacking, interim coach Danny Blind couldn't turn things around for them, and now the Oranje will have to watch the Euro 2016 at home. For this game, coach Blind decided to call up most of the players responsible of their Euro Qualifiers' fiasco, with the exception of Robin Van Persie, who was harshly criticized for his performance against the Czech Republic, where he scored an own goal that ended up costing the game for them.

Head to head

These teams have played seven games against each other, and the team dressed in orange has won them all. The Welsh have only managed to score 3 goals against their Dutch counterparts, and their last two games have ended with similar 2-0 results. Curiously enough, Dutch captain Arjen Robben scored the first goal in each of those matches. Will he score for the third time, or will Wales change the course of history and defeat the Oranje for the first time ever?
