ESPN networks will kick off live telecast of 2015 MLS Cup Playoffs on Sunday, Nov. 1, with a doubleheader telecast beginning at 3 p.m. ET with the first leg of Conference Semifinal matchups – DC United vs. New York Red Bulls (Eastern Conference), followed by Portland Timbers vs. Vancouver Whitecaps (Western Conference) at 5:30 p.m. In all ESPN will be the exclusive home for all seven post-season matches.

·        Adrian Healey and Taylor Twellman will call four of the matches, including the 2015 MLS Cup

·        UK-based play-by-play commentator Jon Champion, who earned critical and popular acclaim during ESPN’s presentation of the 2014 FIFA World Cup, will have his Major League Soccer debut on Sunday, Nov. 8, calling the first match of the doubleheader with Alejandro Moreno.

·        Richard Mendez and Giovanni Savarese will be primary Spanish-language commentators on ESPN Deportes throughout the playoffs.

·        SportsCenter – ESPN and ESPN Deportes’ flagship news program will feature highlights, news and interviews throughout the playoffs;

·        ESPN Deportes Radio will broadcast the Eastern Conference playoff match between DC United and New York Red Bulls on Nov. 1. In addition the network’s popular Jorge Ramos y Su Banda, simulcast live on ESPN Deportes TV 4-7 p.m. on weekdays, will feature interviews with key players and coaches;

·        ESPN FC on TV (ESPNEWS, weekdays at 6 p.m.; ESPN2, Sunday overnight at 12 a.m.) – The daily soccer news and information program will preview the matchups and interview guests around the games. Every Sunday, the program will feature extensive highlights and analysis of the day’s matches;

·        ESPNFC: Writers Jeff Carlisle and Doug Mcintyre will lead on www.ESPNFC.com – reporting from match sites with previews and game notes. Graham Parker and Jason Davis join the team of four seasoned journalists covering all aspects of the 2015 MLS Cup Playoffs. ESPNFC will feature live chat during the Conference Championship games.
