Manchester City will host West Ham at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday, the 19th of September. Check the live TV and online streaming broadcast listings for Man City vs West Ham below.

The league leaders come into this match at the back of another disappointing European outing. The Citizens took the lead against the Old Lady in the second half but were unable to record any points after Morata and Mario Mandzukic struck late.

They will now be hoping they can continue the momentum in the league where they have enjoyed a perfect start having won all their five matches so far without conceding a goal.

They will however be without captain Vincent Kompany who suffered an injury in the match against Juventus and has now been ruled out of Saturday's game. This will give summer signing Nicolas Otamendi a chance to prove his worth who is poised to make his Premier League debut against West Ham. His manager Manuel Pellegrini has backed the Argentinean to take over from his captain and prove his worth.

"It is always [unfortunate] to have injured players, especially the captain and especially in a moment when we didn't concede any goals in the first five games," he said.

"But I think it is important to carry on playing with the same names. I always say we have a squad. It is important for Nicolas Otamendi to have his opportunity to demonstrate why he is here. We have a squad and we need to replace the captain."

The former Valencia man is set to partner former Porto teammate Eliaquim Mangala at the heart of the defence, this can bode well for Otamendi as well as Man City.

"Otamendi had a really good season with Valencia last season," he added. "He knows Mangala from before. Kompany has a lot of injuries so I think always we have to get two players for each position."

Sergio Aguero however is set to start in the match against West Ham after Pellegrini confirmed that his star forward is "100 percent fit". The Citizens will however be without the likes of Pablo Zabaleta (knee), Fernando (groin), Fabian Delph (hamstring) as well as Gael Clichy (ankle).

West Ham on the other hand are set to welcome back But Mauro Zarate to the squad whereas Pedro Obiang is set to feature as well. Angelo Ogbonna will however remain on the sidelines due to a hamstring injury whereas Alex Song has failed to recover either.
