After breaking a four-game losing streak, Pachuca takes the home field against Toluca, hoping for its first win since July

NBC DEPORTES presents Week 8 of the Liga MX Torneo Apertura 2015 with Pachuca vs. Toluca this Saturday, September 12 at 9PM/8C/6P, airing simultaneously on TELEMUNDO and NBC UNIVERSO and streaming live on NBCDeportes.com and the NBC Deportes EN VIVO EXTRA mobile app. Legendary Andrés Cantor will narrate the action, accompanied by veteran commentator Sammy Sadovnik and three-time Mexican top scorer Carlos Hermosillo.

Pachuca’s coach, Uruguay’s Diego Alonso, knows that beating Toluca is crucial to Hidalgo’s prospects in the tournament. Star forward Ariel Nahuelpán (6 goals in this tournament) will be back to play in Saturday’s game alongside Franco Jara, but Darío Cvitanich will sit out the game with a knee injury.

Toluca ranks sixth in the league standings with 4 wins, 3 losses and 0 ties and will try to win to avoid losing the position between the best eight teams in this season. History favors Pachuca in Saturday’s game: When playing at home against Toluca, the Tuzos have a record of 16 wins, 9 ties and only 7 losses.  Nevertheless, Toluca comes out on top in overall encounters between the two teams, losing only one out of five under Coach José Saturnino Cardozo’s leadership, including 1 win, 2 ties and 0 losses at Hidalgo Stadium.
