Paris Saint-Germain fans will rejoice when knowing that Angel Di Maria has officially joined the French side after a rough year with Manchester United. The Red Devils announced via their official website that the club had officially sold El Fideo to PSG for £46m and that the contract was indeed valid until 2019.

Di Maria had previously joined Manchester United at the beginning of last season on a five-year contract worth£59.7million. After 12 months, Di Maria did not seem to enjoy his time in Manchester, where his home was vandalized earlier this year. He spent his last months in England living in a hotel.
His stats for the 2014-2015 season were far off from what the club paid for him

Manchester's officials were not too happy when they saw that Di Maria was meeting with PSG officials earlier in the week and even underwent his medical test without the permission of Louis van Gaal and the rest of his staff. The English club decided to raise the fee for Di Maria by £3 million.
Now, as he arrives with the French champions, Di Maria will get to play alongside Javier Pastore, his teammate with Argentina, with who he recently played in the Copa America and had mentioned to be excited about Di Maria's arrival to Paris.
