The Mexican striker is one of the five best paid players in the MLS. He signed a four year contract with the reigning MLS champions.

Giovani Dos Santos is nothing short of a big deal for L.A. Galaxy fans as they welcomed the 2015 Gold Cup champion in style. Hundreds of fans gathered at the LAX Airport to receive who will be one of their biggest start for the next four seasons.

Gio spent some time signing autographs for fans waiting for him outside the security checkpoints. After signing what he could, he had to be escorted outside the building where a S.U.V. was waiting for him.

It started with Barcelona, then Tottenham and ended with Villarreal last season. He arrives into a new league as one of the best-paid players in the MLS.

His official presentation is scheduled for Tuesday, August 4 at 1:00 P.M. Pacific Time. By that time, Gio should have already taken part in his first practice with his new team. The training session is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. that same day outside the StubHub Center.
