The Argentinian player arrives to the French side which paid £44.4m to Manchester United. He will undergo a medical exam on Monday.
The £44.4m man has arrived to Qatar prior to officially joining his new team, and he goes by the name of Angel di Maria. The Argentinian star that left Manchester United four years ahead of schedule, will undergo a medical exam on Monday before his official presentation with Paris Saint-Germain.
Now, he will complete those four years with his new team. Di Maria who had a good Copa America, flew directly from his homeland to Qatar with a stop in Sao Paolo. The reason he landed in Qatar is because the owners of the team are based there.
Di Maria did not have the season many expected from a player that had been a star with Real Madrid and Argentina the year before. The expectations surrounding his arrival to Old Trafford may have been a bit too high. Despite all the criticism, Di Maria was one of the leaders in assists in the Premier League.
Once his medical is taken care off at the Aspire center, he will continue with his journey to Paris to meet with the team and have his official presentation sometime during the week. His new team just won the French Super Cup on Saturday night.
