PSG and Lyon will battle for the 2015 French Super Cup in Montreal on Saturday, August 1st. Here are some live TV listings & online streaming options for PSG vs. Lyon.

As the 2015 edition of the Trophée des Champions (or French Super Cup) prepares to take place at Montreal's Stade Saputo, it will be contested by Lyon and PSG, two teams that any Ligue 1 fan will know are quite familiar with one another. This will be the third meeting between last season's two sides in France, who battled to two 1-1 draws in their two domestic clashes.

Yet, one does not have to go too far back to find the last time one side got the better of the other.  The last time Les Parisiens were able to defeat Les Gones in all compettions was during their Coupe de la Ligue clash on April 19 2014, with Edinson Cavani's brace enough to cancel out an  comeback effort from Alexandre Lacazette. As for last season's Ligue 1 runners-up, they had overcome their bitter rivals just six days later on April 13th in a hard-fought 1-0 win.

Should PSG clinch the trophy today, it will be their third consecutive win, having won it in 2013 and 2014. However, they will be coming up against a side who has won this title on eight occasions, more than any other side in French football history. Heading into this match, the two teams could not be further apart in terms of confidence due to their pre-season results. With four victories in their last five friendlies, including wins against Manchester United, Fiorentina, and Benfica, Laurent Blanc's men have enjoyed a successful summer, and were recently crowned as winners of the USA edition of this summer's International Champions Cup.

However, despite the win, star striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who has been linked with a move away from the Parc des Princes before the end of the summer, does not place much stock in their ICC trophy.

"The ICC is not an official tournament, it just serves to prepare for the season," the 33-year-old Swedish superstar noted following their recent win over Manchester United.

"The first real date of the season is the Super Cup, that's what counts, and I want to win this title for a good start to the season."

As for Lyon, this summer has not been one to remember fondly. After losing their first two friendlies to Swiss outfit FC Sion and PSV, Hubert Fournier's troops appeared to have turned a corner by defeating AC Milan. At least, until they took part in the Emirates Cup in London, in which they endured a nightmare two days. First they were humiliated 6-0 by hosts Arsenal and then Villarreal added more misery by powering past them 2-0, meaning that the Ligue 1 runners-up failed to score a single goal during that tournament.

In terms of personnel, the advantage is again in favor of PSG. Blanc does not have too many injuries to deal with and both Ezequiel Lavezzi and Javier Pastore have returned to training after their extended holiday following the Copa America. However, fans will have to wait a bit longer to see new signing Angel Di Maria in action. Fournier will have to contend with injuries to key players Gueida Fofana and Clement Grenier and Nabil Fekir will be out due to a ban.

So whilst Lyon are the team with the most titles in this competition, PSG have been widely touted as the ones to lift their third straight trophy. In the first competition of the Ligue 1 season, will it be Les Gones or Les Parisiens to win in Montreal?
