The German coach acknowledged the team suffered a serious credibility blow by losing against Jamaica, but he denied regretting his decisions.

After being shocked by Jamaica, the USMNT wants to set things right and leave the Gold Cup on a high. Coach Jurgem Klinsmann reflected on what the team did in the past couple of games, and told the media the team will try to win the match to honour DaMarcus Beasley, who will end his international career tomorrow at PPL Park.

"You owe that to fans and the tournament. Swallowing that pill, it’s not nice to swallow, but it is what it is, you can’t change that anymore. Finishing off in style Saturday in front of our fans, being third then and doing that with the right attitude and right approach," Klinsmann said.

The team's Twitter feed shared an image of their final training session prior to the game tomorrow.

Klinsmann also referred to their opponent, Panama. Sparing all the nasty details, Klinsmann expects a much tougher match than the one both teams played in the group stage.

The German coach also stated that the team will be working with the same core group for their future games, which will include a friendly match against Brazil on September 8th and the Confederations Cup play-off in October against whoever wins the Gold Cup on Sunday.
