The Dutch legend also shared his delight for the wonderful season Los Blaugranas enjoyed under Luis Enrique, who proved all his haters wrong by winning the treble.

Not everyone is psyched about Paul Pogba's possible transfer to Barcelona. According to Dutch legendary coach and player Johan Cruyff, even though Pogba is a top quality player, his contribution to the team's general performance is yet to be determined.

"In my opinion he is a great player. But if you are a coach, you sign a player to make the other players and the team better. Now, we must see if Pogba is the player who Barcelona needs, or not,"Cruyff wrote on his website.

The French international has been linked with Barcelona for a few months, with rumors of a possible transfer increasing after Los Blaugranas defeated Juventus in the UEFA Champions League final last June. Pogba's performance during that game was controversial, since some specialists believe he should have been sent off, while others still claim a penalty kick should have been awarded to him after Dani Alves seemed to tackle him inside Barcelona's box.

Pogba played 36 games for Juventus in all competitions, scoring ten goals and handing ten assists.

"The second team has been relegated"

Cruyff also shared his thoughts about the recently concluded season, which saw Los Blaugranas becoming the first team to win a treble in two different years.  But despite all the first team's success, there are some areas that need more attention, which include Barcelona B and making an effort to keep the club's "image" around the world after so many legal disputes.

"I am a product of Ajax, where youth development is key. Currently, La Masia produces nothing and does not promote players to the first team. I am delighted with the season of the first team of Barcelona, but on the other hand I also see that the second team has been relegated," Cruyff analyzed.

"Barcelona has a great reputation in the world of football. However, the club has seven open legal trials. It is damaging the image and the reputation of the club and in my opinion this is unacceptable," the legendary player concluded.
