Mexico went ahead twice, but Chile dominated the second half of perhaps one of the best matches in this Copa América edition so far.

Mexico and Chile gave fans one of the best matches in this Copa América on Monday evening, with a quality display from both sides. The first half seemed to be a little unfair with the Mexican side, since they enjoyed most of the chances to score, but the Chileans prevailed after 45 minutes with a 2-2 draw. 

After the break, Chile came out decided to take all three points and went ahead with a penalty kick scored by "King" Arturo Vidal, but Argentinean-born striker Matías Vuoso equalized for the Mexicans. The game was not free of controversy, after the linesman denied two goals for the Chileans that seemed to be onside.

Chile still leads Group A with four points, while Mexico is third with two consecutive draws. Chile plays against Bolivia to decide who takes the top of the Group, and El Tri will face Ecuador with their sights set on a win that could get them to the knockout stages.
