With rumors of Raheem's Anfield exit hitting a new high, THIS Liverpool ace is being linked with a move to Chelsea.

Liverpool fans already have a lot to worry about.

Despite there being seven games left to play in the English Premier League, Champions League football already looks to be out of their reach after their 4-1 loss to Arsenal, on Saturday.

Furthermore, rumors of a rift between players and coach broke after Brendan Rodgers accused his men of not playing for him, in the wake of the humiliating defeat at the Emirates.

And let's not forget the Raheem Sterling issue. The 20-year-old attacker is being linked with a move away from Anfield having turned down a £100,000-a-week, with Arsenal, Chelsea, and Manchester United all eying the Englishman's contract stalemate.

Now, on top of all of this, vice-captain Jordan Henderson is reportedly seeking a Liverpool exit, following in suit of Sterling and refusing to sign a new contract with the Merseyside club worth £80,000-a-week.

As stated by the Daily Star (per the Daily Mirror), the Blues are ready to swoop for the 24-year-old Three Lions midfielder, tipped as the heir to Liverpool skipper Steven Gerrard, with his current deal set to expire at the end of next season.

Jordan Henderson, Liverpool, English Premier League

Henderson, who arrived at the club back in 2011 for £20m, has grown into an integral figure in the Liverpool squad, and losing him will come as a big blow to Brendan Rodgers' crew, as the Reds prepare for life without Stevie G.
