Man City will face Newcastle in a Premier League encounter on Saturday, the 21st of February at the Etihad Stadium. Check the live TV and online streaming broadcast listings for Man City vs Newcastle United below.

The Citizens have struggled in their recent matches a run which has seen Chelsea drift away with the Blues now enjoying a seven point lead over their counterparts at the top of the table. However City produced a strong performance against Stoke City last time out, a match they won by a 4-1 score line.

Sergio Aguero put forth a star performance scoring a brace and was joined on the score sheet by James Milner and Samir Nasri as the Etihad side recorded a comfortable 4-1 win. Man City are currently trailing Chelsea by seven points which has led to many people claiming that the title race might be over for the Citizens.

However Aguero has insisted that the club is still fighting for the league title and has reminded everyone of the club's heroics during the 2011-2012 season when City closed down a an eight point gap with six games to go to win the title at the expense of Man United.

"We were worse off in past seasons we still won and I was always convinced we'd be champions," he told the club's official website.

"There is a long way to go and a lot of games to play so anything is possible. Right now, it's anyone's title and it's not just two sides competing - there are many teams that are still in the hunt."

"Arsenal and United are back on their feet, Southampton are not far behind and Liverpool and Spurs have all shown good form, too."

"I believe this will be one of the most highly contested Premier Leagues of recent years and we will be giving everything to retain our title."

The Argentine has also hailed the addition of Ivory Coast international Wilfried Bony who Aguero believes will make the squad stronger.

"I think Wilfried Bony is a valuable addition to our ranks for the final months of the season. We have a lot of quality in our team which makes things very competitive and it will remain that way."

Newcastle knocked out City in the League Cup earlier in the season and another result in their favour could really hamper Man City's league ambitions. However the Magpies might be faced with defensive troubles with Paul Dummett ruled out for the remainder of the season after picking up an ankle injury. Remy Cabella who has played an important role under interim manager John Carver is also a doubt for the match.
