After being dumped out of the Champions League following a 2-0 loss to Manchester City, Roma will now have to try their luck in the Europa League.

However, as the game neared the end of the first half, the deadlock was finally broken when veteran defender Maicon floated in a cross that Belgian star Radja Nainggolan connected with and fired home to give the visitors the lead in which would eventually result in a crucial win for the Lupi on the road.
