Southampton, the current Premier League second place holders, would be looking to add some strength during the next transfer season, and the player Ronald Koeman has sought out is Mexican wingman Jesus Corona, currently playing for Dutch side Twente.
The player born in the city of Monterrey, Mexico, was recently called up for Mexico's international matches, and has been one of the most praised players this season in the Eredivisie, coming up with key assists and goals for the Dutch squad. This is Corona's second season with Twente after joining the club as a free transfer.
Ronaldo Koeman would be interested in Corona after watching the successful season Dusan Tadic is having with The Saints. Tadic played with Corona last season and the Dutch coach would be interested in re-joining these two players, who showed great chemistry last year.
According to sources, Southampton would be willing to pay four million euros for Corona's services.
