After the international break, Ligue 1 resumes with round 5 from Sept 12-14, 2014. Full broadcast schedule, live online stream, and TV listings available on LiveSoccerTV.

After a hiatus for international friendlies and qualifying matches, Ligue 1 will resume action today, with two sides that have had a poor start to the season--Lyon and Monaco--kicking this off this Friday afternoon. However, with just one point separating the 15th placed visitors from their 17th placed hosts, Lyon might be feeling a bit more confident against last season's runners-up.

The reason? Not only have the former Ligue 2 champions lost James Rodriguez but now the man they forked out an eye popping for, Radamel Falcao has also moved on to Manchester United, despite the fact that the Red Devils will not be playing in any European competitions this season.

Meanwhile, despite still worrying about the fitness of Brazilian defensive duo Thiago Silva and David Luiz, as well as Côte d'Ivoire's Serge Aurier, PSG will certainly be pleased by the quick recovery of their top striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic. The big Swede was expected to be out for the longer haul due to injury but marked his return to work with a hat-trick as his squad cruised to a 5-0 win against Saint-Etienne.

Not surprisingly, as a result, the 32-year-old has now returned to his place at the top of the league's scoring charts with five goals so far, and will be keen on adding more as he chases a third consecutive top scorer crown this season.
