After a two year spell with Barcelona, Alex Song returns to the Premier League. The Cameroonian midfielder will play for West Ham United for the 2014-2015 season.
The 27-year old player has already been seen in London posing with his new team's shirt. Furthermore, he was present signing autographs before the start of today's West Ham - Southampton match.
Sources indicate West Ham paid 8 million euros to sign him from Barcelona. Song played in 65 games for los Blaugranas, starting 43 and scoring one goal. He was heavily criticized by Barcelona's supporters, deemed too slow for a defender.
