The Nigerian midfielder will play for his fifth Premier League club after Crystal Palace, Wigan, Chelsea and Liverpool.

Stoke City have confirmed the signing of winger Victor Moses for the 2014/15 Premier League season. The 23-year-old player still belongs to Chelsea and will be loaned for a second consecutive season. Moses becomes the sixth signing of ‘The Potters’ for this season.

Victor didn’t have a pleasant time in Liverpool last season as he made only 19 appearances and scored one goal only. Besides from that, the Merseyside club saw their title aspirations shattered in the last games of the season.

Moses played in two matches with the Nigerian National Team during this year’s World Cup in Brazil where they got knocked out in the Round of 16 against France.

Regarding the transfer, Stoke City’s chief executive, Tony Scholes, said:

"We are delighted to have secured the services of such an exciting young talent in Victor.

"He will certainly add to our attacking options and from talking to him it's obvious that he's really excited about the prospect of making an impact in the Premier League with Stoke City."

The transfer news was overshadowed as ‘The Potters’ lost their debut Premier League match against Aston Villa at Britannia Stadium 1-0. Hopefully Moses will add his talend and help Stoke to improve their performance during the season.

Via Twitter, the club also confirmed the news.
