According to reports, the Portuguese coach has decided who will be his no. 1 for the upcoming season.

Although he has enjoyed his spot as Chelsea's no. 1 for a decade, Petr Cech now finds his position not as secure as he previously thought.

The emergence of young Belgian keeper Thibaut Courtois while on loan with Atletico Madrid has impressed Blues coach Jose Mourinho enough to bring him back to Stamford Bridge.

Following his side's pre-season win over Real Sociedad, in whith Courtois featured, his coach noted:

"I played [Courtois] 90 minutes because he was injured and he didn’t play last weekend," while also pointing out that he has opted to rotate his three options during the team's pre-season campaign.

And now, according to reports, Mourinho has already decided who will be his first choice between the sticks for their upcoming Premier League opener on Monday.

It appears that Cech will be the one to depart after spending 10 seasons with Chelsea following his 2004 arrival from Rennes, with the 32-year-old being valued at €12 million by his club.

His agent in the past has alluded to the possibility of an exit, making clear where and where his client would not be willing to feature.

"I would get in touch with [Andoni] Zubizarreta at Barcelona and people at Real Madrid...We would also consider Bayern Munich but they have [Manuel] Neuer there," he stated over a month ago.

"[However] there are leagues Petr would not go to - Serie A, for instance, because clubs in that league have problems. [Also], Paris Saint-Germain have shown interest and we have also communicated with Monaco."
