After an indifferent start to the summer, Juventus will be looking to kick-start things in their first game of their three-match Asian & Australian tour.

It would be an understatement to say that this summer has been a bit tumultuous for Juventus fans. Seemingly out of the blue, Bianconeri coach Antonio Conte, who had guided them to three consecutive Scudetti abruptly handed in his resignation. The press in Italy were naturally abuzz with reasons as to why the former midfielder decided to suddenly depart, with one primary reason reportedly being a difference of opinion concerning the direction the club were going in during the summer transfer market.

La Vecchia Signora quickly responded with instating former Milan coach Massimiliano Allegri on the tactician's bench--something that did not go down well with the club's supporters. So far in pre-season, Allegri has not posted impressive results with his new side--with a loss to lower division side Lucento followed by a scoreless stalemate with Cesena, a team that has bounced in between Serie A and Serie B over the past couple of seasons.

This upcoming match versus Indonesia All-Stars will represent the first of three games on the agenda for the Turin giants and additionally will give supporters a chance to see some of the bigger stars who previously were unavailable for selection due to their post-World Cup holiday breaks.

Obviously, given the strength and quality of players at Allegri's disposal, the reigning Scudetto champions look like the clear favorites to emerge as winners as he hopes to gain the fans' trust ahead of the upcoming Serie A and Champions League campaigns.

Still, anything can happen in a friendly match as already has been proven so far this summer. Moreover, despite having key players return from their extended holidays, an issue will be re-integrating them into the side and seeing who still has some ways to go to achieving match fitness with their first trophy competition--the TIM--coming up in a bit over a fortnight.
