After refusing offers by Chelsea, Manchester United, and Barcelona, Toni Kroos apparently reached an agreement with Real Madrid.

Despite the many teams interested in Toni Kroos, Real Madrid seems to be the one to come out on top. Los Blancos apparently secured an oral agreement with the German, who should join the Spanish club for 5 years.

The Madrid club apparently agreed to a yearly 5M deal for Kroos, and a transfer fee of about 25-30M. The player has one year left on his contract and Bayern is willing to entertain offers, to avoid letting the midfielder go on a free transfer.
