PSG's exec admitted that Adrien Rabiot was not going to play anymore for the French giants due to his refusal to extend his contract. Well, this transfer saga has taken another turn, with the footballer allegedly striking a deal with Barcelona.
According to French newspaper Le Parisien, Rabiot and Barcelona have already agreed terms to see the midfielder join the Spanish giants, including his wage and contract extension. Nevertheless, there are a couple of issues that could delay the announcement.
Barcelona and the footballer have to decide if the player joins Los Blaugranas this winter or next summer. Rabiot's desire is to join the Spanish team as soon as possible, but Barcelona would be forced to enter negotiations with PSG, something that Los Blaugranas would be keen to avoid due to their troublesome relationship after the Neymar transfer saga.
