The Premier League enters its final round on Sunday after another thrilling campaign. All the 10 remaining fixtures will kick off simultaneously at 10:00 ET, meaning while some might be celebrating another season in the English top-flight, others will have to come to terms with dropping to the Championship.
As of now, the relegation race is still alive for two teams, though the permutations favor one over the other. Similarly, on the other end of the spectrum, the race to earn a promotion to the English top-flight is not yet over despite the two automatic spots having been taken.

Who has been relegated from the Premier League?
Confirmed: Stoke City and West Brom
Stoke City waves goodbye to the prestige of playing in the Premier League, as they sit in dead-last in the standings. Their 2-1 loss to Crystal Palace confirmed this, ending the Potters’ 10-year stay in the top-flight.
West Brom fell victim to the drop only three days after Stoke despite not even playing a game. Southampton’s 1-0 win at Swansea mathematically ruled out a 17th-spot finish for the Baggies, ending their eight-year stay.
The teams fighting for survival: Swansea and Southampton
The odds don’t favor the Swans. The Welsh club can survive if Southampton loses to Man City by a huge margin, enough to pull off a 10-goal turn around in goal difference. For example, Swansea beating Stoke 5-0 on the final day and Guardiola’s side thrashing the Saints by an identical scoreline would suffice.
Who has been promoted?
Confirmed: Wolverhampton Wanderer and Cardiff City
The Wolves earned the first automatic promotion on 14 April thanks to Fulham’s 1-1 draw with Brentford. A week later, they were crowned the 2017-18 EFL Championship winner.
Cardiff will participate in the Premier League next season after finishing in second in the Championship. This will put an end to their four-year absence from the top flight.
The teams fighting for that final promotion: Fulham, Aston Villa, Middlesbrough, and Derby County
Those four sides are fighting it out to make the Championship play-off. Derby County and Aston Villa both boast a 1-0 lead from their first-leg semi-final play-off against Fulham and Boro, respectively. The second legs will be played on May 14 and 15 before the May 26 final at Wembley.
