The Spanish boss spoke about the influence 'Auba' will have for the Gunners right after losing an International Champions Cup game against Real Madrid.

Manchester United may have set their eyes on Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang to become their striker, and Arsenal's response on the matter will leave Red Devils' fans a bit broken-hearted.

Spanish boss Unai Emery referred to Manchester United's interest in signing the Gunners' No. 14. While Emery knows that his team is a bit cash-strapped for the ongoing summer transfer window, the former PSG tactician ruled out the possibility of selling one of his finest players to one of their bitter rivals.

"It is not really in our mind. Not really. We are very happy with Aubameyang and we don't want to sell him," Emery said.

The Spanish boss described Aubameyang as one of his team's biggest threats, which is one of the reasons for not letting him leave the club.

"We have a very big possibility with different options with Aubameyang because he can play like a lone striker, like a striker with two and can play on the right wing and the left wing,"Emery added in the press conference.

The former Sevilla boss even praised "Auba" and partner-in-crime Alexandre Lacazette, who have created an impressive attack.

"They compliment each other very good but they can play both, they were playing both and sometimes we are playing one striker or two strikers and another moment with one winger, and one winger," the coach concluded.

Manchester United has been looking for a striker to replace Romelu Lukaku, but their efforts to sign another No.9 have proven to be futile. After these words by Emery, the Red Devils will have to keep searching for the man that will lead the line.
