Neymar may end his international duties with Brazil in disappointing fashion, as the Brazilian ace seems to have picked up a serious groin injury.
During the game against Cameroon, Neymar tried to drill a shot into the top left-hand corner of the African side's net, when he immediately limped and took his right hand to his groin.
The player tried to walk it off before falling to the ground, as Marquinhos and other team-mates came close to him to see what was wrong with A Canarinha's captain.
